Free from Scientari · Draft for review

See where your program is, what comes next, and what locks along the way.

DrugPhase maps eleven stages of drug development, from discovery to loss of exclusivity: the work at each stage, the decisions that lock years before launch, the routes forward, and where AI may shorten the path. Every decision point is sourced and dated.

How it works

Four steps to read your path

Use it to brief a team, plan the next stage, or check what has to be settled before a decision locks. The same guide is under How to use in the map.

  1. Find your stage

Eleven stages run left to right, from discovery to loss of exclusivity. Click a stage to see what happens there and what locks.

  2. Click to read

Every activity and decision opens its detail, its source and the date it was checked. ◆ marks where a decision locks.

  3. Switch views

Forks shows the routes forward at each decision point. Paths draws your timeline against published phase durations.

  4. Add your program

Mark where your program is, and add notes and decision points. Keep them in this browser or for this visit only, and save a file to reopen them anywhere.

How to read DrugPhase

Eleven stages, fixed codes

Each stage has a code and an order number that never change meaning, so every Scientari tool tags its content against the same list. Stage boundaries are definitions for tagging, not regulatory facts.

Decisions that lock

Most of the choices that decide price and access are set before the IND or at the end of Phase 2. Each decision point shows its source, its checked date, and whether it is still open, being decided, or likely set for your program.

Forks and paths

Forks show the routes forward at a decision point. Paths draw a route as a line through time, where a steeper line is a faster route, against published phase-duration ranges.

AI levers

Each lever shows where AI may shorten a stage and the published evidence for it. How many months a lever saves for your program is your own estimate, entered per stage in Paths.

Your own layer

Add your programs, notes and decision points, and hide anything you don't need. Everything you add stays in this browser and in files you save. Nothing is sent to Scientari.

Reports, not ratings

DrugPhase records what happens and when. It does not predict success, score programs or rank companies.

Your work and privacy

Your program stays with you

No account, nothing sent

DrugPhase runs in your browser. What you add (programs, notes, decision points, scenarios) is never sent to Scientari or anyone else, and there's nothing to sign up for.

Remember it, or not

Under Your data › Where it's kept, choose Remember in this browser on your own computer, or This visit only on a shared one. Visit-only work is forgotten when you leave, so save a file first.

Save a file to keep it

Your data › Save to file downloads one small file, usually to your Downloads folder. It's plain text that holds only what you entered, never a score.

Reopen it anywhere

Your data › Open a saved file brings your work back, on this or any computer. It replaces what's on the map, so save first to keep both. Send the file to a colleague to share.

What this page does count

Scientari counts page visits with Google Analytics. It never sees anything you add to the map. Fonts and every other file come from this site.

Clear it

Your data › Clear my data removes your work from this browser. Delete saved files as you would any other file.

Sources

DrugPhase —

Decision points follow DrugHelm's verification standard: a Federal Register docket, an FDA, EMA or eCFR page, or a named published source, plus a checked date. Activities describe common practice and state no rules or deadlines. Numbers appear only as ranges from a named source.

When an item is added or corrected, the version number changes and the change is logged. Corrections and suggestions are welcome at [email protected].

Plan the next step. DrugHelm ranks FDA pathways, non-dilutive funding and investors for your program, and the AI-Native Biotech Tracker shows which companies work at each stage.
